We want you to know that we take your privacy seriously. We collect industry standard information to help us provide you with better software and services as described below.

We may ask you for personal information when you register for a sales demonstration. For example, we may ask you for your e-mail address, your name, company name, address, and phone number.

We use your e-mail address to send reminders, to notify you of new software releases, updates, special offers and news.

We use your name and other personal information to identify you as a registered user in order to give you the full benefits of registration including technical support and upgrade eligibility.

When you visit our website, the server logs your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, and the time and duration of the pages on our website that you view.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We will not disclose your personal information except as follows:

To protect StrikeSoft and others. We may release personal information and IP addresses when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our software licences and other rights, or to protect the rights and safety of others. This may include exchanging information with law enforcement agencies, or with other companies and organisations.

To persons who help us provide our products and services to you. We may provide personal and other information to third parties who work for us, such as companies that provide customer service, analyse customer data, remove repetitive information from customer lists, and provide marketing services. We do not permit these persons to use this information for any other purpose.

Software piracy

Because of the cost of software and the relative ease with which a computer can be used to copy programs, software piracy is prevalent, and it isn't always done deliberately by businesses, it can be the result of a maverick employee or merely by a lack of understanding of the issue. Either way, it has a major impact on businesses like ours, and also on our legitimate customers. Please familiarise yourself with our policy.

Strike software is owned by StrikeSoft Ltd and is protected by intellectual property right legislation. The software itself is protected by copyright, and the product name and logo are registered trade marks.

We are committed to protecting the quality and integrity of our software. Misuse or imitation of our software or infringement of our copyright in any way whatsoever will not be tolerated, and we will not hesitate to take swift legal action and/or to report misuse to any interested party or to the relevant enforcement authorities.

If you obtain Strike software from any source other than us, then you run the risk that you and/or your business may be sued or prosecuted for infringement of copyright.
