We pride ourselves on the standard of our training. You and your staff will be given full training by a member of the Strike Alpha implementation team. This training is included in the purchase price. The number of training days varies between 1 and 4, depending on the number of users. Consultancy days and new-user or refresher training days are also available.
Professional looking documents such as the Quotation and Application for Payment are personalised with your company logo and contact details. Your own Health & Safety documentation (Risk Assessments, Scaffold Plans & Handover Certificates) will also be integrated with Strike Alpha. This service is included in the purchase price.
After installation and training, Strike Alpha users have the reassurance of a comprehensive support service just a phone call away. Help Desk staff are there to give assistance by phone, email and internet link on the use of the software, Mon-Fri 0900-1700 (excluding English bank holidays).
Yes, you do pay an Annual Licence Fee from Year 2 onwards. This fee is invested in maintaining the Help Desk service and in providing customers with a regular programme of upgrades. Our software is being continuously developed through customer feedback, enabling us to share industry best practice for the benefit of all.
When you purchase Strike Alpha, you become the licensee of the software, and enter into a legal agreement with StrikeSoft Ltd, the licensor.
